WSELOP-2024

Lingtong Zhang received his master degree in Optics from Jinan University in 2008. He published 4 papers, 3 patents and 2 Science and Technology Awards of Guangdong Province. He was the project manager of Thirty Meter Telescope (TMT) Tertiary Mirror in CIOMP, and responsible for the quality control and assurance, environment safety and risk analysis from 2010 to 2020. Collaborated with OSA, he organized 2 International Scientific Summer Sessions. Now he is the Director of International Cooperation Department of Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and physics (CIOMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
