Bo Meng, received his Ph.D degree from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2015. He is currently a professor at Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and physics (CIOMP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), China. He is mainly working on the development of quantum cascade lasers (QCLs), especially on the QCL-based frequency comb, tunable QCL, and ZnO-based superlattice systems. Dr. Meng has published/co-published more than 50 papers in the international journals.
